“Refer & Earn” Employee Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

Scheme Terms & Conditions

All referrers who submit a valid referral between 01 September 2022 and 31 August 2023 will be included in our Employee “Refer & Earn” referral scheme. The incentive for this scheme is a £200.00 Gift Card for the referrer for the referred applicant, subject to the General Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.

Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited General Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

  1. The Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited general referral scheme is open to existing, previous and non-Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited customers
  2. To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at: https://www.williamselectricalgb.co.uk/refer-and-earn
  3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred applicant is not already in conversation with Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited via any other channel
  4. There is only one reward for each Referred applicant referred. Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited will notify the Referrer if the Referred applicant has previously been referred
  5. If a Referred applicant is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer
  6. Referrals will be deemed as ineligible, if an applicant refers themselves
  7. To constitute a successful referral, the referred applicant must sign an employment contract and serve for a minimum contract length of 6 months
  8. There is no limit to the number of applicants a referrer can refer in our “Refer & Earn” referral scheme duration
  9. The Referrer may be named in communication between Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited and the Referred applicant
  10. The Gift Card will only be issued for valid referrals, once the new applicant has signed a contract to become a Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited employee.
  11. The Gift Card will be issued within 180 days of the contract being signed
  12. The referrer can choose an alternative to a Amazon.co.uk Gift Card with Sainsbury’s vouchers to the value of £200.00 being the only substitute option
  13. There is no cash alternative and Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited reserve the right to withdraw or alter the “Refer & Earn” referral scheme, change the value of the gift card or replace the gift card with an alternative, subject to availability
  14. The Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited referral scheme is available to UK residents only
  15. In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred applicant, the decision of Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited is final
  16. Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind
  17. In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to referral@williamselectricalgb.co.uk within 30 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 30 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee

  19. Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become employees within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
