The company was founded in 2017 by Daniel Williams. The company’s head office is based in Bournemouth, Dorset. From here the company services the South West of England.

The Process:
| First Contact | Our customer experience team will take your details and ask some qualifying questions for the EVHS Grant Application. We will book in a time and date for your free of charge survey. |
| The Survey | Our expertly sales representatives will come to you! This way we can design and plan the installation in person with you and discuss your choice of product. This means when we come to installation there is no delay and or nasty surprises. (A deposit is required to secure an install date) |
| Installation | Our specially trained engineers will attend to install the charger of your choice and commission the unit validating the warranty. They will also help set up the smart app on your mobile device. (Final payment is required on completion [less any eligible grants]) |
| Post Install | Our customer experience team will complete all the required paperwork and applications associated with the installation. This will be sent to the relevant authorities. We also claim the EVHS grant on your behalf. |
| Post Audit | To ensure we are operating to the highest levels of compliance and quality, every month installations are chosen at random for quality control and auditing purposes. |
| Aftercare | In the unlikely event you have an issue with your product. Please make direct contact with us. We will deal with your warranty claim on your behalf. |
