Scheme Terms & Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All referrers who submit a valid referral between 01 September 2022 and 31 August 2023 will be included in our Employee \u201cRefer & Earn\u201d referral scheme. The incentive for this scheme is a \u00a3200.00 Gift Card for the referrer for the referred applicant, subject to the General Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited General Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited general referral scheme is open to existing, previous and non-Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited customers<\/li>
  2. To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at: https:\/\/www.williamselectricalgb.co.uk\/refer-and-earn<\/span><\/a><\/li>
  3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred applicant is not already in conversation with Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited via any other channel<\/li>
  4. There is only one reward for each Referred applicant referred. Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited will notify the Referrer if the Referred applicant has previously been referred<\/li>
  5. If a Referred applicant is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer<\/li>
  6. Referrals will be deemed as ineligible, if an applicant refers themselves<\/li>
  7. To constitute a successful referral, the referred applicant must sign an employment contract and serve for a minimum contract length of 6 months<\/li>
  8. There is no limit to the number of applicants a referrer can refer in our \u201cRefer & Earn\u201d referral scheme duration<\/li>
  9. The Referrer may be named in communication between Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited and the Referred applicant<\/li>
  10. The Gift Card will only be issued for valid referrals, once the new applicant has signed a contract to become a Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited employee.<\/li>
  11. The Gift Card will be issued within 180 days of the contract being signed<\/li>
  12. The referrer can choose an alternative to a Amazon.co.uk Gift Card with Sainsbury\u2019s vouchers to the value of \u00a3200.00 being the only substitute option<\/li>
  13. There is no cash alternative and Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited reserve the right to withdraw or alter the \u201cRefer & Earn\u201d referral scheme, change the value of the gift card or replace the gift card with an alternative, subject to availability<\/li>
  14. The Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited referral scheme is available to UK residents only<\/li>
  15. In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred applicant, the decision of Williams Electrical Contracting (GB) Limited is final<\/li>
  16. Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind<\/li>
  17. In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to referral@williamselectricalgb.co.uk within 30 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 30 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee<\/li>

  19. Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become employees within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.<\/li>
